Solution:

    For integrating the Membership Subscription Order and Loyalty rewards app, you should have both the apps installed in the Shopify store. If not, then please click on the below links for adding the app –

    Install a Loyalty Rewards app

    Install Membership Subscription Order app

    Now, follow the below steps for the integration –

    I. Steps to be followed in the Membership Subscription Order app –

    1. Login to the Shopify dashboard and navigate to Apps > Membership Subscription Order.

    2. In the app dashboard, navigate to the API key.

    3. Click on the Generate button available on the top-left corner of the screen and copy the generated API key.

    II. Steps to be followed in the Loyalty Rewards app –

    1. Login to the Shopify dashboard and navigate to Apps > Loyalty Rewards + Referral.

    2. In the app dashboard, navigate to Integration and Enable it.

    3. Now, paste the copied API key in the Membership API Key text field and save.

    ADDITIONAL FEATURE –

    If you need that only subscribed members can use the Loyalty program then you can enable this setting and add the customer tag that is available in the specific membership plan.

    Then enter the points you want to give on membership renewal. And Save the settings

    Note that this feature will work only if you have recurring paid plans in the Membership Subscription Order app.
