Question: Countdown timer bar is not visible on my website how to fix It?

Solution:

    Check Timezone Settings, If you have set up the bar for certain countries, but you are not in the same, then the bar would not display to you. By default, Announcement bar sets up at (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) time zone, which may be different from your timezone. Kindly set up the time zone that you are in.

    Countdown timer setting

    Select The Bar > Select Your Timezone and check If the timezone is set correctly.

    If after setting it up, it still doesn’t appear move on, kindly report to our support team they will fix this issue for you quickly.
